Can I modify my tutoring schedule?
Absolutely! You can make changes to your tutoring sessions up to 14 days in advance, for as many instances, without any additional charges.
What is your policy on session cancellations?
Don’t worry, we understand that things come up. Cancellations made within the day of the scheduled session are subject to free reschedules. We will try our best to find the next best available date.
How does tutoring session billing work?
To ensure smooth processes, we request a 50% payment prior to initiating any packaged tutoring sessions*, with the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before the final session.
How long do tutoring sessions last?
We offer one-hour tutoring sessions. These sessions are great for Homework Help. For greater results, review our monthly packages.
